Made a Spain shimeji using the Russia one as a base done by

I was going to make all three of the Bad Friend Trio but others beat me to France and Prussia..well here is Spain!

I'm currently working on Germany for a friend, hopefully no one beats me to it X3, kudos if someone does and it's uber cute.

If you can't get it to start it would be because the CON folder is missing 2 files. Go through the comments below and read the MILLIONS of solutions I have come up in order to help you with this problem. Do not comment unless it's something that has not been mentioned or something I was unable to fix. SOMEONE MIGHT HAVE HAD THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM AS YOU AND THE SOLUTION IS RIGHT THERE FOR U TO SEE.
